Mrs. Vidya, the founder and owner of Aydiv Crafts, is an Engineering Graduate from BITS, Pilani and an ex-software engineer. Taking a break from her job, she and her husband together founded their technology startup, LadderMinds at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Stepping into the world of entrepreneurship as the Co-Founder and CEO of LadderMinds, also paved the way to create Aydiv Crafts, a boutique that makes customized and personalized gifts for its customers.
She is also the Operations Director at Acodeidea Technologies Private Limited (www.acodeidea.com), another home startup providing consulting services to an overseas client with an employee count of fourteen people at present. She holds partnership at LadderMinds Corporate Ventures (www.ladderminds.com) which manages various brands under its banner such as AirNCraft (www.airncraft.com) (An evolutionary platform offering activities, workshops and contests for the creative and geeky minds in crafts and aero sciences) , Active Dabba (www.activedabba.com) (An exclusive online store for creative activity boxes involving themes like Crafts, Aeromodelling and so on) , NotesMinute (www.notesminute.com) (Making remembering notes easier by providing pointers in the form of headings and small tips about the topic) , with many more service brands in line. Apart from managing the above startups, she also offers advisory services to the aeronautical startup Wethe5pilots (www.wethe5pilots.com), which is co-founded by her husband.

We do not have a physical store since all our products are one-of-a-kind and individually special, making it available only for a short period of time. Also, we do not have a policy of mass production, hence avoiding year-round stock availability! No two products of ours are exactly the same, unless specifically requested by the customer!
